Stretch, breathe, and try not to smile when a Babydoll sheep wanders by.

This will be a relaxed, adults-only outdoor yoga class surrounded by fresh air, peaceful scenery, and the charming presence of our Babydoll sheep. This one-hour class is led by Allison Wolters and is designed to feel approachable, grounding, and fun — perfect for beginners, casual yogis, or anyone looking for a memorable way to slow down in the Blue Ridge foothills.

If the weather requires, the class may be cancelled.

Because this experience includes live animals, sheep interaction may vary depending on their comfort, weather, and the setup for the day.

About Allison Wolters

Allison Wolters is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher based in Landrum, South Carolina. Through her counseling practice, Allison Wolters Counseling, she works with teens and young adults using nature-based and somatic approaches that help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, and find greater balance.

Her yoga classes are approachable and grounding, focusing on breath, gentle movement, and creating space to slow down and reconnect with the present moment.

Post-Class Wine Hour

After class, guests are invited to stay for an optional Wine Hour from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

The Red Horse Inn Wine Bar will be open for yoga guests, with wine and beer available for purchase. Guests are welcome to gather, sip, take photos, visit with the sheep as available, or simply relax and enjoy the setting.

Come for the stretch. Stay for the sheep. Linger for the wine.

What to Know

• Front gate opens at 9:30 AM — please do not park at the gate before it opens

• Class begins promptly at 10:00 AM

• Duration: 1 hour

• Optional Wine Hour: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Bring your own yoga mat

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for an outdoor class

• Footwear suitable for grass or uneven ground is recommended

• This event is 21+ only

• Advance tickets are required

• Wine and beer are available for purchase after class
