Jamie Scott Fitness EmpoweRUN

Take part in the Jamie Scott Fitness EmpoweRUN, a community 5K and Kids Fun Run supporting Sistercare and its mission to reduce the occurrence and impact of domestic violence in the Midlands. This family-friendly event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages for a morning of fitness, community, and giving back.

The 5K Run and Walk begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by the Kids Fun Run at 8:45 a.m. The scenic course starts and finishes at Jamie Scott Fitness, with awards presented to the top overall finishers, masters, and age group winners. Plenty of parking is available, and race results will be posted online following the event.

Proceeds benefit Sistercare, which has provided advocacy, shelter, support, and resources to survivors of domestic violence and their children for more than 40 years. Every registration helps support programs that create safer, more hopeful futures for families throughout the Midlands.

Early pick up will take place on Friday, October 2nd beginning from 11am-6pm at Strictly Running. You can also pick up your packet at Jamie Scott Fitness on Saturday, beginning at 7:00am.
