Experience Sesquicentennial State Park after dark during a guided two-mile Full Moon Hike. The evening program offers an opportunity to explore the park’s trails by moonlight while observing and listening to the forest at night.
The moderately difficult hike includes uneven terrain and reduced visibility, so sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended. The program is designed for ages 10 and older, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants meet at the Park Office.
Pre-registration is required, with registration closing one day before each program. Space is limited. Admission is $5 per participant, in addition to park admission.
